1. Scope and precedence
These Partner Terms apply to business customers using the SecuTest partner workspace. They supplement the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. A signed partner agreement or order form prevails for conflicting commercial provisions.
2. Partner activation and account access
A new partner purchase is followed by an email-verification and account-activation flow. After activation, the partner creates a password and uses the authenticated partner workspace. The partner must protect its mailbox, password, sessions and downloaded reports, and must notify SecuTest promptly of suspected compromise.
3. Credit packs
Available one-time packs are 5 reports for $199, 10 reports for $349 and 25 reports for $799, excluding applicable taxes. Pricing may change prospectively. A completed order is governed by the price shown at Stripe Checkout.
- Each new white-label report consumes one credit.
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until consumed or revoked under these terms.
- Credits do not renew automatically and are not a subscription.
- Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable between workspaces unless agreed in writing.
4. Report generation and reuse
The partner submits a domain or URL and may add client-facing context. SecuTest performs bounded, non-intrusive checks against publicly observable data. If an active entitlement already exists for the same internal scan, the existing report may be reused without another debit. Results are point-in-time observations and are not penetration tests, certifications or guarantees of security.
5. White-label licence
After payment, SecuTest grants the partner a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deliver purchased white-label reports to the partner's own clients under the partner's approved identity. The partner may not resell workspace access, expose SecuTest APIs, copy the scanner, remove mandatory risk limitations, or represent the assessment as a manual penetration test or certification.
6. Branding and client communications
The partner is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its organization name, logo, colors, support details, client notes and remediation links. The partner must not impersonate another organization, infringe intellectual-property rights or include unlawful, misleading or malicious content. The partner remains the primary contact for its clients.
7. Support IDs and internal references
Each report receives an opaque Support ID visible only in the authenticated partner workspace. The Support ID is used for partner-to-SecuTest troubleshooting and is not an access token. Internal scan identifiers, infrastructure references and SecuTest branding are excluded from client-facing white-label reports.
8. Refunds, disputes and revocation
The refund rules in the Terms & Conditions apply. Duplicate charges and confirmed non-delivery caused by SecuTest may be corrected or refunded. A full refund, chargeback or payment dispute may revoke remaining credits and reports funded by the affected purchase. Partial refunds require manual review. Used credits are normally non-refundable once the corresponding report has been generated.
9. Authorisation and acceptable use
The partner must have lawful authority to assess every submitted target and must comply with the acceptable-use rules in the Terms & Conditions. SecuTest may suspend or close a workspace, revoke sessions or refuse scans where use appears unauthorised, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful.
10. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party must protect non-public information using reasonable care. The partner determines what client information it enters and must avoid unnecessary personal data. Processing, retention and service providers are described in the Privacy Policy. The partner must provide any notices required for its own client relationship.
11. Availability and changes
SecuTest may perform maintenance, apply security controls, change operational limits and update the partner interface. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively unless required for security, law or provider compliance.
12. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the partner service and reports are provided “as is”. CYBER CLUSTER LLC's aggregate liability arising from a partner pack will not exceed the amount paid for the affected pack. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, lost data or reputational loss, except where such limitation is prohibited.
13. Termination
Either party may stop future purchases. SecuTest may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment or legal requirement. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, confidentiality duties, audit records or licences already granted for fully paid, non-revoked reports.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by New Mexico law, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Commercial and support requests may be submitted through the contact form.
