How do I sign in?
After activation, sign in with your email address and password. The one-time activation link is not a recurring sign-in method.
Where do I buy the report packs?
Choose the 5, 10 or 25 report pack above. Checkout is available before account creation.
Is Bulk Domain Scan included?
Yes. Every partner pack includes Bulk Domain Scan for up to 100 domains per job. Each successful new report still consumes one report credit.
Is this an unlimited reseller licence?
No. Each new report requires one valid credit. The partner may deliver purchased reports to its own clients under the partner's brand, subject to the Partner Terms.
Do credits renew automatically?
No. Packs are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased partner credits remain available until they are consumed or revoked under the Partner Terms.
Can the client identify SecuTest from the report?
The white-label report removes SecuTest branding and technical scan identifiers. The partner remains responsible for its own client relationship and representations.
How is support handled?
The partner remains the client-facing contact. For technical escalation, the partner sends SecuTest the private Support ID shown in the authenticated workspace.
